Admissions
Your First Step Toward Healing
The admissions process at Immersion Care is designed to be simple, confidential, and compassionate. Our team will guide you every step of the way.
Who We Serve
Is Immersion Care Right for You?
Immersion Care's IOP is designed for adults 18 and older who are navigating complex trauma, substance use disorders, or co-occurring mental health conditions — and who are ready to pursue healing with professional support and faith as their foundation.
Our program is appropriate for individuals who do not require 24-hour supervision but need more structured support than traditional weekly therapy provides. A clinical assessment will determine whether our level of care is the right fit.
We commonly treat
- Complex PTSD and trauma-related disorders
- Substance use disorders and addiction
- Co-occurring depression and anxiety
- Betrayal trauma and relational harm
- Grief, loss, and spiritual wounds
- Childhood abuse, neglect, or adversity
Not sure if our program is the right fit? Contact us for a free, confidential consultation. We will help you find the level of care that best meets your needs — even if that means referring you elsewhere.

Insurance & Payment
Coverage & Financial Information
Immersion Care works with most major insurance providers. Mental health and substance use treatment is covered under the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA), which requires insurers to provide comparable coverage for mental health and substance use disorders as for medical and surgical care.
Our admissions team will verify your benefits before your first session and provide a clear explanation of any expected out-of-pocket costs. We are committed to transparency — there will be no surprises.
