Careers at Immersion Care

Do meaningful work, from wherever you do your best work.

Immersion Care provides virtual Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) treatment for adults across Florida who are facing mental health and substance use challenges. All of our services are delivered through secure telehealth, so our clients can get structured, high-quality care without putting their lives on hold.

We're building a team of clinicians and professionals who care deeply about people, take clinical excellence seriously, and want to help shape a program from the ground up.

Why Join Us

A program built on clinical excellence and genuine care

Clinical leadership you can learn from.

Our team is led by experienced, licensed professionals in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, and medicine. We invest in regular clinical supervision, consultation, and ongoing training.

A virtual model done well.

You get the flexibility of telehealth with the structure, standards, and support of a well-organized program. Our administration, records, and supervision are managed from our Florida office, so you can focus on your clients.

A culture of integrity.

We hold ourselves to high standards of ethics, compliance, and quality. We want every client to receive care that is evidence-based, compassionate, and accountable.

Room to grow.

As a growing organization, we value team members who bring ideas, initiative, and a desire to help build something lasting.
